Everything below applies to every G0atX build. If anything is unclear, ask through the chat bubble or the contact page before you start a project.
G0atX collects only the information you provide through our forms or direct contact — your name, email, budget range, and project details. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver services.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Form submissions are delivered to our team through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, which receives your submission only to route it to our inbox.
When it's time to sign a project handoff agreement, we send that document through a third-party e-signature service. Even though G0atX itself doesn't retain access to your site after delivery, that e-signature service does collect and retain your name, email address, IP address, and a signing timestamp, in order to produce a legally valid signed record — this is separate from, and in addition to, anything you submit through our own forms.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive a visitor's IP address as part of delivering those fonts. Basic analytics may be used to understand site usage in aggregate. The chat assistant on this site is fully automated — it is not a person. If you'd like your information removed, contact us through the contact page.
By engaging G0atX, you agree to provide accurate project information and to respond in a timely manner during the build. Project timelines depend on your responsiveness and the scope of work.
Intellectual property for final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. G0atX may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
All builds are finalized, signed off, and paid for online — see the Payments page for how that process works. Every project's domain is registered directly under the customer's own account, so the customer retains full ownership and control of it from day one.
Once a project is delivered and paid for, G0atX does not retain access to the site, its hosting, or its domain, and is not responsible for changes, issues, or costs (including domain renewal) arising after delivery.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as they reserve our time and resources. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered based on work already completed.
If G0atX is unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons on our side, we'll work with you on a fair resolution — which may include a partial refund or additional work at no extra cost.
