G0atX collects only the information you provide through our forms or direct contact — your name, email, budget range, and project details. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver services.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Form submissions are sent privately to our team and are not shared or published anywhere.
Basic analytics may be used to understand site usage in aggregate. If you'd like your information removed, contact us through the contact page.
By engaging G0atX, you agree to provide accurate project information and to respond in a timely manner during the build. Project timelines depend on your responsiveness and the scope of work.
Intellectual property for final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. G0atX may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
All builds are finalized and paid for in person — see the Payments page for how that process works.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as they reserve our time and resources. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered based on work already completed.
If G0atX is unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons on our side, we'll work with you on a fair resolution — which may include a partial refund or additional work at no extra cost.
